1FROG Gamesworld - 2009 Major Prize Draw Terms & Conditions
The following are list of terms and conditions relating to the 2009 1FROG Major Prize Draw.
- One entry per customer per qualifying invoice or completed rewards card only.
- Final entries for the 2009 1FROG prize draw is 11.59pm on Friday 11th December 2009.
- The major prize draw will be conducted in private at 1/626 Glenferrie Road, Hawthorn at 11am on Monday 14th December 2009 by a member of the management team. The judges decision is final.
- Prizes are required to be claimed by the Monday 4th January 2010. Should a re-draw be required it will be carried out at 1/626 Glenferrie Road, Hawthorn at 11am on Tuesday 5th January 2010.
- Prizes are required to be picked up from 1/626 Glenferrie Road, Hawthorn prior to the date listed above. The winner is responsible for all costs associated with the collection of their prize.
- Major prizes awarded as as follows: 1st prize - 42" LG Plasma HDTV (RRP $1059); 2nd prize - Sony Playstation 3 console, 2 controllers and selected choice of 3 games (RRP $799); 3rd prize - Apple iPod Touch 8GB music player (RRP $399).
- The winner will be notified via email and phone and be listed on our website.
- Only one prize can won per customer. Should a winner be drawn again they will be awarded the greater valued prize.
- Prizes may differ from image shown. Image used as a guide only.
- 1FROG staff from 2009 and direct family members are ineligible to enter in the major prize draw.
- 1FROG reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditons without notice.
